Your details, with care.
This notice covers Hemiah’s standalone V2 early-access interest test. Hemiah is in development; requesting access does not provide a working product or guarantee an invitation or release date.
What we collect, and why
We collect the email address you submit so we can record your interest and send development updates and early-access invitations. After signup, you may optionally tell us the first business task you would want help with. We use that answer to understand what business owners need. Please don’t include sensitive information, customer details or passwords.
Where your information goes
The public website uses Vercel for hosting and a separate Supabase database for early-access records. These providers process information to run the site and store requests. Hosting providers may process connection details, including IP addresses, in their operational logs. Provider processing may take place outside your country.
Analytics and request protection
Vercel Web Analytics is enabled on this deployment. When enabled for V2, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits, estimated unique visitors, referring websites and interactions such as early-access clicks and completed requests. Events are labelled as V2, and V2 signup records use a separate table. Our analytics events do not include your email address or the text of your answer. Page URLs are recorded without query strings or fragments. This site does not add analytics cookies.
To limit automated requests, the server uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers and request counters. We do not store raw IP addresses in the early-access database. Request counters are deleted by a daily cleanup after they are 24 hours old, so they are normally retained for approximately 24–48 hours.
The optional question uses a temporary access token. We store only its hash, which expires seven days after signup and is removed by the next daily cleanup. This does not delete your signup or optional answer.
How long we keep your details
We keep your email address and optional answer while they remain needed for this early-access interest test, development updates and invitations. We will review whether continued retention is necessary at 12 months from signup. Temporary-data cleanup does not delete these records. You can ask us to remove your details sooner. If the test ends without proceeding, we will remove the records. We will not transfer your details to another marketing list without a separate choice from you.
Your choices
Joining is optional. You can ask to see, correct or remove your early-access details, or stop receiving updates. Contact privacy@usehemiah.com from the address you used to sign up so we can identify your record. You never need to answer the optional question to join.
Who is responsible
Hemiah is responsible for this early-access interest test. This notice describes the current test; material changes to the purpose of collecting information require an updated notice.
